Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams through ideation, evaluation, and implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Drive delivery of key digital transformation projects including Advanced Planning Systems (APS), Data Analytics.
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring quality, timelines, resource utilization, and cost adherence using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage KPIs such as minimum viable product (MVP) delivery, benefits tracking, and resource alignment.
  • Architect and scale business intelligence and analytics platforms.
  • Implement and optimize enterprise-wide applications including HR systems, CRM, Industry 4.0 tools, PLM, Knowledge Management, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Engage with and provide governance / oversight across SAP S/4HANA landscape and related applications.
  • Enable effective stakeholder communication and manage internal and external partnerships.
  • Bring in strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and business operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a digital leadership role.
  • Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT required; MBA preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA), Salesforce CRM, Microsoft platforms.
  • Exposure to data warehousing, analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Deep understanding of application lifecycle management
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing business processes and automation.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to deliver multiple digital projects with measurable business impact.
  • Innovation Focus: Keeps up with emerging tech and recommends relevant solutions to drive business value.
