About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Product Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of customer-centric digital journeys. In this role, you will translate business needs into impactful digital experiences, ensuring seamless execution across UX, technology, and operations. You will act as the bridge between business, design, and technology teams — shaping digital products that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end digital journey design — from concept and user experience to execution and quality assurance.


• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze problems, define requirements, and create solution drafts to be validated by technical teams.


• Collaborate with design teams to ensure intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI/UX outcomes.


• Drive project management — manage timelines, deliverables, and inter-team coordination to ensure smooth digital product rollouts.


• Own the testing and deployment process, ensuring quality standards and issue-free launches.


• Monitor digital product performance and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement.


• Align digital initiatives with overall organizational goals and digital transformation roadmap.


• Stay updated with emerging technology and digital trends relevant to insurance and financial services.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Technology, or a related field.


• 6–10 years of experience in digital product management, UX-driven delivery, or digital transformation projects.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.


• Solid understanding of technology layers, integrations, and digital architecture (no coding required).


• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong project management skills — ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery.


• Prior experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.


• Growth mindset with adaptability to evolving digital and technology trends.
