Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Work Location: Bangalore, KA

Skill Required: Salesforce Development & Architecture

Experience: Apex, Sales Cloud, OmniStudio & CPQ (Mandatory); Order Management (Desirable)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for building custom solutions including major/minor enhancements and greenfield im-plementations. Adherence to best practices including code version control, environment and release management procedures. Keeping up to date with and adhering to Salesforce Best Practices to deliver sustainable, quality solutions.
  • Liaise directly with Business users to understand, debug/analyse and resolve enhancement, project and support related requests and incidents.
  • End to end ownership of requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
  • Maintain application related support and knowledge documentation as required.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, testers and a variety of IT and business stakeholders. Adhere to com-pany and project standards and guidelines.
  • Accurate time management and reporting of own work. Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.

Essential Skill

  • Good experience in Salesforce platform and Salesforce Developer/Admin, Salesforce Technical Design, Development, Customization, Enhancements& Support on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, platform and lightning
  • 5+ yrs of Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Salesforce solution implementations and integration back-ground.
  • 3+yrs of Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) with end to end implementation experience.
  • integration experience, including between different business systems as well as work-ing with integration tools.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, , Java, JavaS-cript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
  • Strong experience with configura-tion, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of from scratch.
  • Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and s-controls GCP
