Role & responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end design of complex Salesforce solutions aligning with business goals.

  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and trends.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, admins and foster a culture of continuous learning.

  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data management strategies.

  • Establish and drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential: BE or MCA

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

- Experience: 7+ years of work ex with 4+ years in Salesforce solution design, development, architecture

  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or equivalent.

  • Skills: Expert Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, and integration technologies.

  • Leadership: Previous leadership or mentorship experience is preferred.

  • Special Skills: Experience with large Salesforce orgs users).
