Introduction We are seeking an experienced Intersystem Health Connect Integration Lead to join our team in India. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving Intersystem Health Connect integration projects, managing a team of integration engineers, and ensuring the successful implementation of healthcare data exchange solutions. Your expertise in Health Connect, combined with strong leadership and technical skills, will be pivotal in achieving seamless integrations within the healthcare domain. Responsibilities include: Integration Strategy and Planning: Develop integration strategies and roadmaps based on organizational goals and healthcare industry requirements. Plan and prioritize integration projects to align with business objectives. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Intersystem Health Connect Integration Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Health Connect Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Health Connect integration technologies and best practices. Design and oversee the implementation of complex integration solutions.   Integration Project Leadership: Lead integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex integration challenges. Review and approve integration designs, mappings, and transformations. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and adherence to industry standards and best practices in all integration projects. Conduct integration reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, challenges, and project status to stakeholders and senior management.Manage expectations and provide regular updates. Scalability and Performance Optimization: Collaborate with the team to optimize integration solutions for performance and scalability. Implement enhancements to accommodate growing data exchange requirements. Primary Skills Intersystems Healthconnect Expertise:  Extensive experience and expertise in Intersystems HealthConnect integration technologies, including in-depth knowledge of Health Connect integration engine, tools, and best practices. Hands on expertise in Intersystem healthconnect/ healthshare/ Ensemble, IRIS, cache sql, cache object script.   Leadership and Team Management:  Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage a team of integration engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and creating a collaborative work environment.   Integration Strategy and Planning: The ability to develop integration strategies, roadmaps, and prioritize integration projects in alignment with organizational goals and healthcare industry requirements.   Healthcare Data Standards:  In-depth knowledge of healthcare data standards, particularly HL7, and the ability to ensure compliance with these standards in integration solutions.   Project Leadership:  Proven experience in leading integration projects from inception to completion, with a focus on meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Secondary Skills: Technical Guidance:  Providing technical guidance and support to resolve complex integration challenges, reviewing and approving integration designs, mappings, and transformations.   Quality Assurance:  Ensuring the quality and adherence to industry standards and best practices in all integration projects, conducting integration reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.   Stakeholder Communication:  Effective communication skills to communicate progress, challenges, and project status to stakeholders and senior management, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.   Scalability and Performance Optimization:  Collaborating with the team to optimize integration solutions for performance and scalability, implementing enhancements to accommodate growing data exchange requirements.
