Hiring: AWS Contact Center Engineer (5–12 Years Experience)

Location: [Onsite/Hybrid/Remote – Add Location]

Full-time | Immediate to 30 Days Joiners Preferred

We are seeking talented
AWS Engineers
with strong hands-on experience in
AWS Connect
and related contact center solutions. You will partner with cross-functional business units to build and enhance highly scalable customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act on intake requests from contact center business teams, aligned with Product Owner priorities
  • Deliver tasks based on operational urgency and squad assignments
  • Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based solutions using
    Lambda, DynamoDB, Connect, Lex & Polly
  • Monitor application and system performance using
    AWS CloudWatch
  • Implement and manage infrastructure using
    AWS CDK
  • Collaborate with multiple squads to support feature enhancements and operational excellence
  • Track and update progress through defined workflows and tools

Skills & Experience Required

Experience Range:
5–12 years

Strong hands-on experience with:

  • AWS Services:
    Connect, DynamoDB, Lambda, Lex, Polly, CloudWatch, CDK
  • Programming:
    Java, TypeScript, Python

Experience building Contact Center or Conversational AI solutions is a plus

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
