Your Role
Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions to enhance customer service experiences.Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.Develop and optimize applications using Python and NodeJS.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying Amazon Connect and other AWS services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Utilize GenAI to enhance customer interaction and engagement.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and other integrated services.Ensure the security and scalability of applications and infrastructure. Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS.Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
