About Us

Passepartours is a cultural travel company specializing in guided tours of world-class heritage sites. We are looking for a reliable assistant to join our team and help us with ticket purchasing for one of our main attraction sites.

Role Description

We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented person who can work remotely and assist with securing tickets online. This role requires availability at specific times when ticket releases happen.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ticket availability on our partner platforms.
  • Secure and purchase tickets according to company instructions.
  • Forward confirmations and update internal records.
  • Communicate promptly with the team about purchase results or issues.

Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
  • Ability to follow clear instructions precisely.
  • Flexibility to adapt to specific schedules and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Basic English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong reliability and attention to detail.

Working Hours

  • Between 20–30 hours per week (flexible schedule depending on ticket release times).

Compensation

  • Hourly rate, to be discussed based on experience.
  • Bonus for each successful ticket purchase.
