Job Description:
Interact with customers to resolve technical / nontechnical queries within SLA & achieve C-Sat.
Position: Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound queries pertaining the technical issues & Being a customer ambassador who is passionate about creating a positive customer experience
Build sustainable relationship with the clients & solve their issues with minimum TAT
3. Handle first level troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve incidents at first level to balance work load of second level technical support team.

*Region wise Proficiency in the language with English & Hindi must (Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil)
Essential Qualifications:
Perusing technical graduation (Computer/IT field) last year can apply.
Should persist good knowledge in Windows & basic knowledge in Networking
Should be able to work under rotational shift.
Skill Required key words:
Effective communicate (spoken & written)
Region wise Proficiency in the language with
English & Hindi must (Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil)
Handle first level troubleshooting
Try to resolve incidents at first level
