Opportunity – M&A & Private Equity Lawyer (Senior Associate) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:
  • M&A Transactions: Advise on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings.
  • Private Equity Support: Handle investment transactions, shareholder agreements, exits, and related deal documentation.
  • Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents including SPAs, SHAs, and JV agreements.
  • Due Diligence: Lead and manage due diligence exercises, identifying key risks and providing practical recommendations.
  • Client Engagement: Work directly with corporates, funds, and financial institutions to deliver commercially practical solutions.
  • Team Contribution: Guide and mentor junior associates on transaction execution.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 4–6 years PQE.
  • Currently at Senior Associate level.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and execution experience.
  • LLB from a reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 law school.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex transactions independently.
