Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee based in Gurgaon. The Trainee will be responsible for all secretarial work, drafting agreements, preparing case summaries, and supporting senior team members on corporate transactions. Additional responsibilities include attending client meetings, assisting with due diligence processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law and the startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and drafting skills, with attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with corporate law, securities law, FEMA.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong interest in corporate law and startups
