Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Management Trainees to join our
Inside Sales (Telecalling) team for Pubmaxx.
The role involves engaging with app publishers, understanding their monetization requirements, and onboarding them to the Pubmaxx platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to publishers (apps) from the provided lead database
  • Understand their current monetization setup, challenges, and revenue potential
  • Present and explain Pubmaxx features and benefits
  • Handle objections professionally and build strong relationships
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and account activation
  • Maintain CRM logs, follow-up schedules, and daily activity reports
  • Achieve monthly onboarding and performance-based targets
  • Work closely with the Sales & Monetization Operations teams

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates (Any stream preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Interest in digital advertising, AdTech, and inside sales
  • Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable with calling-based roles
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
