Role Highlights:
- M&A Transactions: Advise on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings.
- Private Equity Support: Assist with investment transactions, shareholder agreements, and related deal documentation.
- Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and transaction documents.
- Due Diligence: Conduct and manage due diligence exercises and prepare actionable reports.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with corporates, funds, and financial institutions to provide practical and commercially sound legal solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Lawyer with 2–3 years of experience in corporate/M&A practice.
- Must be from a good law college and currently working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm.
- Strong drafting, structuring, and negotiation skills.
- Educational background: LLB (corporate law exposure preferred).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple assignments efficiently.
