Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle matters related to SEBI regulations, insider trading, takeover code, and securities compliance.
  • Draft, review, and vet legal documents, petitions, and submissions under SEBI and IBC frameworks.
  • Represent clients before NCLT, NCLAT, SEBI, SAT, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies.
  • Advise on insolvency resolution processes, liquidation proceedings, and restructuring matters.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions and ensure compliance with securities and insolvency laws.
  • Liaise with Resolution Professionals, Committees of Creditors (CoC), and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay updated on recent amendments, case laws, and circulars issued by SEBI, IBBI, and other authorities.
  • Draft and review shareholder agreements, M&A documents, and compliance reports.
  • Support the management in litigation strategy, contract negotiation, and policy development.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of SEBI Act, IBC, Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations.
  • Strong experience in corporate litigation, insolvency resolution, and compliance advisory.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Qualification:

  • LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
  • Certification or experience in Securities Law / Insolvency Law preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in SEBI and IBC matters with a reputed law firm, corporate legal team, or consultancy.
  • Exposure to NCLT/NCLAT proceedings, Corporate Restructuring, and Regulatory Advisory will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
