  • Greeting patients: Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check-in/check-out: Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and updated.
  • Appointment management: Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments, as well as manage the appointment calendar.
  • Handling inquiries: Answer patient questions and provide basic information about the clinic.
  • Payment processing: Collect co-payments, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
  • Maintaining the waiting area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Administrative and operational tasks

  • Phone management: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Record keeping: Maintain and update patient records, including electronic medical records (EMRs), and ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • Insurance verification: Collect and verify patient insurance information and eligibility.
  • Mail and correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other deliveries.
  • Office supplies: Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Clerical duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
