Front Desk Receptionist

- Patient interaction: Greeting patients, providing information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Care coordination: Collaborating with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient care and acting as a liaison between patients and medical staff.
- Administrative support: Managing appointments, handling registration, processing billing and payments, and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Patient education: Providing information about treatment plans, procedures, and services.
- Quality assurance: Monitoring patient care practices, ensuring compliance with regulations, and helping to improve processes.
- Communication: Handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and de-escalating emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
