Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and emails efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments.
- Handle courier dispatch and receipt of mail/packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Support HR/Admin teams with basic documentation and coordination tasks.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
