Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all branches across India.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of loan origination, disbursement, servicing, and closure processes.

  • Drive standardization of SOPs across branches to ensure uniformity and efficiency.

  • Monitor branch productivity, TATs, and service quality metrics.

  • Loan disbursement (fresh and subsequent)

  • Docket dispatch

  • Collection reconciliation

  • Handling log ins & data entry.

  • Co-ordination for FI, Legal and Tech reports

  • CAM Preparation

  • Ensure adherence to RBI / NHB guidelines, Fair Practices Code, KYC/AML norms.

  • Coordinate with Compliance & Risk teams to ensure 100% regulatory compliance at branch level.

  • Roll out regulatory changes and policy updates to branches.

  • Drive consistent and superior customer service standards across all branches.

  • Reduce customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within TAT.

  • Implement customer-friendly initiatives without compromising compliance.

Key Skills

  • 1215+ years of experience in Branch Operations / Operations Leadership

  • Strong experience in Housing Finance

  • Proven exposure to Pan-India branch management

  • Hands-on experience with RBI/NHB audits and inspections

  • Strong operational and process orientation

  • Deep understanding of HFC regulations and compliance

Leadership and stakeholder management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Management, or related field
  • 1215 years of relevant experience in NBFC/HFC/Banking operations
  • Prior experience in handling branch operations or leadership role preferred
