Job title / Area
Sales Managers – Retail & Project Sales
Location- Mumbai/Chennai/Pune/Hyderabad
Industry- Building Material
Salary- 8 LPA to 9 LPA
Summary
- Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.
- Responsible for setting up Project Dealers & Channel Partners in the assigned areas.
Experience
- 5-10 years of sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products. Should have technical sales experience and worked with architects, projects & end customers.
- Should have handled customer accounts and key customer accounts individually.
Qualification
- Preferably should hold a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Primary responsibility
- Sales & Marketing of company products to existing and new customers
- Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and projects.
- Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Architects, Builders, Project Developers, Contractors & Dealers.
- Generate & follow-up leads and referrals from field activity.
- Prepare presentations, submissions and negotiation of quotations.
- Maintain sales and marketing collaterals.
- Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
- Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
- Payment collection.
- Other sales-specific duties assigned as deemed fit from time to time
Additional responsibilities
- Support the Design and Projects team with the required inputs from the site.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Ability to develop and deliver product presentations.
- Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public

Working conditions
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment
- Work involves significant local travel and may call for overnight travel.
