About the Role

We are looking for a
dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Manager
to lead our
Commerce Vertical
, focusing on
professional courses like CA, ACCA, and CMA
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing multiple teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires frequent
travel to different branch locations
to support and guide sales teams.

Strong
written and verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English
are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor multiple
    Team Leads
    and their
    Academic Counsellors & Admission officer teams
    to achieve performance excellence.
  • Own and deliver
    monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    for the Commerce vertical.
  • Monitor sales funnel performance, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement
    performance management systems and incentive structures
    .
  • Ensure
    attendance, discipline, and adherence to sales processes
    across all teams.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
    for effective lead management and feedback loops.
  • Drive
    innovation through pilot projects
    , testing new sales strategies and improving processes.
  • Maintain
    high morale, recognition, and retention
    through engagement and motivation programs.
  • Travel to
    various branches
    to ensure on-ground support, team development, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience
    in Sales/Team Management, preferably in
    EdTech or Education Services
    (Commerce verticals preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    professional commerce courses
    (CA, ACCA, CMA, etc.).
  • Proven track record of
    meeting or exceeding revenue goals
    .
  • Excellent
    leadership, analytical, and communication
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Malayalam and English
    is mandatory.
  • Willingness to
    travel frequently
    between branch locations.
