Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are needed, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail is required, focusing on delivering high-quality service and products.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
