We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Host to join our team at Hyatt Place. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Host or Room Attendant in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
