This role involves the daily inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities 1. Hydraulic System Maintenance Pressure Management: regularly monitor and adjust the hydraulic pressure settings (tonnage) to ensure bricks/blocks meet the required compaction density. Leakage Control: Inspect hydraulic hoses, cylinders, and power packs daily for oil leaks. Replace worn-out O-rings and seals immediately to prevent pressure drops. Fluid Maintenance: Check hydraulic oil levels and temperature. Ensure the oil filter is cleaned or replaced periodically to prevent contaminants from damaging the pump. 2. Mechanical Maintenance Mold Management: Perform frequent checks on the mold box and tamper head for alignment. Replace or repair liners if the bricks show dimensional variations. Vibration System: Maintain the vibrating table (unbalanced mass motors) by checking bolt tightness and bearing condition. Loose bolts here can lead to cracks in the machine frame. Conveyor & Pan Mixer: Adjust conveyor belt tension to prevent slipping. Replace mixing blades (scraper/shovel) inside the pan mixer when they wear down to ensure uniform mixing of raw materials. 3.
