Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries on service, billing, and order management.
- Deliver exceptional communication (verbal & written) with international customers (US).
- Manage customer onboarding, implementation, and success journeys.
- Provide timely resolutions by researching cases/orders and updating customers.
- Apply listening, questioning, and call control techniques for effective support.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities as part of key KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Maintain adherence to processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate / UG drop (Not pursuing regular or part-time course).
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer support / onboarding / implementation / customer success.
International Voice Process experience is a must.
Excellent English Communication is a must have.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts (247 environment).
