Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries on service, billing, and order management.
  • Deliver exceptional communication (verbal & written) with international customers (US).
  • Manage customer onboarding, implementation, and success journeys.
  • Provide timely resolutions by researching cases/orders and updating customers.
  • Apply listening, questioning, and call control techniques for effective support.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities as part of key KPIs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain adherence to processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate / UG drop (Not pursuing regular or part-time course).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer support / onboarding / implementation / customer success.

  • International Voice Process experience is a must.

  • Excellent English Communication is a must have.

  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts (247 environment).
