Role & responsibilities.

  • Handle end-to-end export order processing from inquiry to shipment.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders.
  • Prepare and manage all export-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other regulatory documents.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and country-specific requirements for medical devices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for booking shipments and clearance.
  • Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for international clients regarding orders, shipments, and product queries.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Research export markets, potential clients, and distributors in targeted countries.
  • Assist in preparing export sales reports and analyzing export performance.

Preferred candidate profile.

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and INCOTERMS.
  • Familiarity with medical device export regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in International Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 24 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO, CE, USFDA standards will be an added advantage.
