Key Responsibilities:

  • Export Sales & Business Development: Focuses on generating and growing the company's export business.
  • Order Management & Logistics: Efficient and timely processing and delivery of international orders.
  • Documentation & Trade Compliance: Responsibility of ensuring all export processes adhere to international laws and regulations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Staying informed about international market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant export experience
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures & compliance
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Customer Relationship Management
