We are hiring a talented and detail oriented
Land Plot Designer
for our client, a reputed real estate and land development company. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing
land layouts, township plans, and site plans
that are compliant with local regulations while ensuring efficient and aesthetically appealing designs.

Role Overview

The Architect / Land Plot Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and designing
land plot layouts, master plans, and site plans
. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to optimize land use for maximum efficiency and aesthetic value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and design
    land plot layouts, township plans, and development schemes
    in accordance with local bylaws and zoning regulations.
  • Develop
    detailed CAD drawings, 2D/3D plans, and visual presentations
    for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to align design solutions with project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with
    urban planning standards, municipal requirements, and sustainability guidelines
    .
  • Present design concepts and modifications to management and clients for review and approval.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
    .
  • Proven experience in
    land development, township planning, or plot design projects
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, GIS tools, and other design software
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
