An experienced Land Surveyor Position: A fast growing civil engineering firm is seeking to hire a suitable experienced land surveyor.

A fast-growing civil engineering consulting firm specializing in [Transportation, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors] is expanding its team. The firm is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a land surveyor.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Land Surveying with excellent academic credentials.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in land and topographic surveying.
- Must be fluent in reading and writing in English and self-motivated.
- Proficiency with GPS and Robotic or Non-Robotic Total Stations.
- Commendable work ethic and commitment to deadlines.
- **Willing to relocate.**

**Responsibilities**:

- field staking and grade marking for construction layout.
- Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Perform calculations involving algebra and trigonometry to determine land boundaries and elevations.
- Utilize robotics technology for precise measurements.
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and related documentation.

**Skills**:

- Strong mathematical skills including algebra and trigonometry for accurate calculations.
- Familiarity with GIS technology for mapping and spatial analysis.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in data collection and analysis.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
