Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced In-House Surveyor & Insurance Claim Coordinator to handle the complete claim assessment and coordination process for Motor Insurance and Health Insurance.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Surveyor (either independently or with a firm). The role involves assessing claim documents, verifying estimates, and ensuring smooth claim settlement through proper communication with clients and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-house survey and document verification for motor and health insurance claims.
  • Assess vehicle repair estimates, workshop bills, and photographs to ensure claim accuracy.
  • Review medical bills, discharge summaries, and hospital records for health insurance claims.
  • Prepare internal survey and assessment reports to support claim processing.
  • Identify missing information or discrepancies and coordinate with clients to resolve them.
  • Liaise with garages, hospitals, and insurance company representatives for updates and claim clarifications.
  • Ensure all claims are accurately documented and submitted on time to insurance companies.
  • Support in claim negotiation and settlement based on survey findings.
  • Maintain detailed records of all survey reports, communication, and claim status.
  • Follow company and regulatory guidelines for fair and transparent claim management.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Insurance Surveyor (independent or employed).
  • In-depth knowledge of Motor Vehicle Insurance and Health Insurance claim processes.
  • Strong skills in damage assessment, repair cost verification, and document review.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email).
  • Attention to detail with a methodical and organized work approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple claims efficiently under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹42,000.00 per month
