**Job Title**: Design Architect

**Location**: Pune, Kolkata, Nagpur

**Experience**: Minimum 6 years in Real Estate Developer Firm.

**Role Description**

We are looking for an Design Architect for our on-site project located in Pune, Kolkata, Nagpur
Co-ordinate with primary architect, structural consultants, MEP consultant, liaising consultants, etc

**Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture**

At least 6 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects, preferably in the real estate industry
Sound knowledge of design and architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, etc.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Pay: ₹83,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
