Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves managing inventory, supervising material movement, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments. The candidate should also be comfortable using computers and software for tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and coordinate with the accounts/production team.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
  • Use MS Excel/ERP or other software to track stock and generate reports.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities for management.
  • Implement and follow safety and compliance guidelines in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely material availability.
  • Lead and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree/diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Management, or related field (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with inventory/ERP software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to supervise a team and maintain discipline in operations.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility.
