Spare Parts Assistant

- Inventory Management:
- Physically check, count, and organize incoming parts.
- Ensure the availability of parts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Update parts and technical literature for future use.
- Order Processing:
- Process orders for customers and the internal workshop.
- Coordinate the delivery of spare parts.
- Assist with billing and invoicing.
- Customer and Team Support:
- Assist customers with their spare parts requirements.
- Support the service team by issuing parts needed for repairs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and transactions.
- Update and utilize the dealership or company's parts management software (DMS).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
