We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join Luella Ventures Pvt Ltd.
Vacancy for fresher/ Experienced
**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain office records and documents.
- Support: Assist with office tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and office supplies management.
- Coordination: Liaise between departments and ensure smooth workflow.
- Event Planning: Organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Budgeting: Help track office expenses and prepare budgets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1-2 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
**Education**:
- Any graduates or Post graduates
- Secretarial Course (preferred)
