Job Title: Sales Executive – Construction

Location: Mysore

Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Building Materials

Experience: 1–5 Years (Construction or Real Estate Sales Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote our construction services/products, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coordinating with clients, and growing the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements for residential and commercial construction
  • Present company services, pricing, and proposals to clients
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to convert into active customers
  • Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain records of sales activities, customer data, and market insights
  • Coordinate with the project & engineering team for site visits and proposal execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Civil Engineering / Business / Marketing is a plus)
  • Proven experience in sales within construction / real estate / building materials
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Strong market knowledge of local construction trends
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
