About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to join our growing fashion brand. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring sustainable profitability. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in the fashion or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Manage audits, taxation, and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, ROC filings).
  • Implement financial controls, cost optimization, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — design, production, and marketing — to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Lead fundraising efforts (equity, debt, or investor relations) when required.
  • Review vendor and supplier payment cycles to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Present financial reports and insights to management and investors.
  • Evaluate expansion plans, new store openings, and capex projects.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CPA or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of finance experience, ideally in
    fashion, retail, or manufacturing
    .
  • Deep understanding of costing, inventory management, and supply chain finance.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
