Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and copy that align with business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CTR, and conversions.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency in ad visuals and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and other ad metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or brand awareness campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
