Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world. You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving. We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication. Role: Digital Ads & Growth Specialist Location: Noida (WFO) / 5 days We’re seeking a performance-driven Digital Ads Specialist with 5+ years of experience in managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. The role involves designing and optimizing high-impact ad campaigns, managing budgets with a focus on ROI, and collaborating with creative teams to build engaging, Web3-aligned assets. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of targeting strategies, conversion tracking tools, and A/B testing, with a proven record of scaling campaigns and achieving ROAS goals. What will you get to do? • Design and execute high-performance ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and YouTube ecosystems to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. • Optimize ad creatives, copy, and placement strategy using real-time performance data and A/B testing techniques. • Manage budgets and bidding strategies with an eye on ROI and cost-efficiency across multiple geographies. • Collaborate with content creators and design teams to develop engaging ad assets and storytelling formats aligned with Web3 brand narratives. • Track and report key ad metrics, drawing insights to iterate and improve campaign impact. • Stay ahead of platform updates, audience behavior shifts, and Web3 community engagement patterns to inform campaign design. Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube. • Strong command of ad platforms, targeting strategies, and conversion tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager). • Demonstrated ability to create performance-oriented creatives in collaboration with content/design teams. • Web3, blockchain, or crypto marketing experience is a strong plus. • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable marketing decisions.
