Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kanpur. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and visits, presenting product information, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads. Additionally, the Salesperson will be expected to provide excellent customer service and support, and document sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the sales industry is a plusd
