Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in Telangana, located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and expanding key accounts, coordinating with distributors and retailers, analyzing sales data and market trends, and ensuring sales targets are met. The Area Sales Manager will also be in charge of training and supporting the sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and managing key accounts
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales data interpretation, and trend identification
- Skills in coordinating with distributors, retailers, and training sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
