Area Sales Manager- Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth for both HORECA and vending verticals in the assigned territory.
- Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts across hotels & corporate offices.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers to ensure repeat business and account retention.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with large accounts.
- Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth vending installations and service excellence.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and present performance updates to management.
- Area Covering: Telangana & AP experience is MUST
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in both HORECA sales and corporate vending sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build networks and maintain strong client relationships.
- Target-driven with a strategic and analytical approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales & Marketing specialization).
- 58 years of experience in sales, with at least 23 years handling HORECA and vending channels.
- Prior experience in FMCG / Beverages / Food Services industry is highly desirable.
