- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with care and attention.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
