- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
- Liaise with external agencies for recruitment and compliance matters
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or related role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
