with 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation and sales outreach. The ideal candidate should be proficient in tools like

, and other lead generation platforms. You should have a proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, running targeted outreach campaigns, and converting prospects into revenue-generating clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through
LinkedIn Sales Navigator

, and similar tools. - Strategically plan and execute
LinkedIn outreach campaigns
, leveraging personalized messaging and connection-building tactics. - Run
email marketing campaigns
and follow-ups to engage prospects and nurture leads. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups, relationship-building, and lead nurturing.
- Work closely with internal teams to align outreach strategies with company goals and service offerings.
- Set up and attend virtual meetings or calls with prospects, pitch offerings, and convert them into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity, outreach efforts, and conversion metrics in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and revenue growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market trends
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years
of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital services. - Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator

, and other lead-gen platforms. - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, outreach strategies, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience running outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, cold emails, and email automation tools.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
