Business Analyst
to join our
Digital Sales
team
In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams — Sales, Operations, and Collections — to improve processes, analyze data, and enhance system efficiency. If you enjoy solving business problems and driving impact through data, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business/system requirements (BRD, FRD) and collaborate with IT/development teams.
- Manage and monitor
daily BAU operations
in LOS/LMS to ensure data accuracy and smooth functioning. - Track and manage project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Extract and analyze financial and operational data to assess business performance.
- Work with multiple teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in
Business, Finance, or related field
. - 0–3 years
of experience as a
Business Analyst
or in
Data Analytics
. - Strong
MS Excel
skills; knowledge of
Power BI
,
JIRA
, or other visualization/project tools is a plus. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
