Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst (Pre and Post Sales) role based in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, defining business processes, and preparing detailed documentation for solutions. They will collaborate with stakeholders, support pre-sales activities, and bridge communication between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
Pre-Sales Responsibilities (Business Analyst)
1) Understand client requirements and business challenges through discovery calls.
2) Conduct industry and competitor research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
3) Prepare and present solution proposals, pitch decks, and product demos.
4) Assist sales teams in RFP/RFI responses and requirement documents.
5) Map client needs with product features and provide gap analysis.
6) Collaborate with technical and product teams to design feasible solutions.
7) Support lead qualification and opportunity analysis.
8) Provide value justification, ROI analysis, and business case creation.
Post-Sales Responsibilities (Business Analyst)
1) Gather detailed functional requirements after deal closure.
2) Document workflows, use cases, and BRDs/FRDs for implementation teams.
3) Coordinate with development, QA, and project managers for smooth delivery.
4) Conduct UAT, client training sessions, and system walkthroughs.
5) Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
6) Manage change requests and ensure timely updates.
7) Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
8) Provide ongoing support insights to product teams for feature enhancements
