JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, and recommending data-driven solutions to help achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate business needs into technical and operational solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and SDLC (Agile and Waterfall methodologies).
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or other business analysis and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI dashboards is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES

  • Business Analysis
  • Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and align on solutions.
  • Support solution design and ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Develop process models, wireframes, and documentation to support project understanding.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements to existing processes and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with project goals and organizational strategy.
