Role Description

We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Jaipur location. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, and ensuring that IT solutions align with organizational goals. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing detailed documentation, and supporting the implementation of innovative IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify trends and solutions
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Requirements
  • Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to enhance workflows
  • Competence in Information Technology with a focus on aligning systems with business objectives
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience working in an on-site team environment is beneficial
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
