Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Distributors:
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned distributors.
  • Ensure timely supply of products and monitor stock levels.
  • Resolve distributor issues related to pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Meet Distributors:
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet distributors and understand their challenges and market feedback.
  • Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and better market penetration.
  • Sales & Target Achievement:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Share insights with the team to improve product positioning and strategy.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on distributor performance, field visits, and sales progress.
  • Update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Bag Manufacturing Industry - based sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet distributors and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with distributor management.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
