  • Ensure that IT and IS systems, infrastructure and stored data are secure against internal and external threats and position effective and appropriate measures for risk management and information security.
  • Maintain a disaster recovery plan for all systems, reviewing the Information Technology
  • Disaster Recovery Plan annually, recommending changes to Senior Management as required
  • To maintain high up-time / high availability of servers, storage and networks
  • Managing and upgrading the organisation's website.
  • Managing vendors/service provider relationships and ensure timely AMC renewals
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in either implementing or integrating with Network

Infrastructure (Firewalls, Cisco CUCM , Cisco Switches)

  • Direct all IT initiatives, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery
  • Oversee the operation of the facility IT infrastructure, networking, servers, desktops, and remote sites
  • Quality & Standards assurance
  • Design review & recommendations for improvements
  • Process improvement and execution
  • Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility operations and maintenance
  • Fundamental knowledge of network design and layout, Monitoring, and alarming systems
  • Respond to out of hours emergency calls second level escalation point for the Facility & Data Centre related issues/failures
  • Good communication skills. Effective command over English - both verbal and written proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen technical aptitude traits

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: BE / B. Tech/ B.Sc. Comp. /MCA / equivalent

ITIL, MCSE, and CCNA certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience: 15yrs of Experience

Industry: Medical / Healthcare / Hospital

Employment Type: Full Time

Language: English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada
