Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Manager located in Canada & Australia. The Information Technology Manager will oversee the daily operations of the IT department, manage IT staff, ensure the stability and security of the company's network, and implement new technology solutions. The role involves coordinating IT activities, troubleshooting system and network issues, managing data backups, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the IT Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT management, IT infrastructure and network management
  • Proficiency in system administration, network and information security
  • Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking
  • Strong project management and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and data protection
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the investment or financial industry is a plus
